My name is Michael Robert Thomas Eubank and I like making art as much as a plant likes the sunlight. I graduated from the University of Lethbridge AB in 2008 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. During my BFA I experimented with a number of mediums but found I enjoyed oil painting specifically. I have recently been accepted into the Masters of Fine Arts program at the U of A in Edmonton, where I plan to continue studying painting. My paintings are about examining the similarities and tensions between Painted representation and Photographic reproduction. |
